Your business records matter. This policy explains the information involved when you use All Pro Invoice and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name, email address, sign-in information, and subscription status. We also store business information and content you choose to enter, including client records, invoices, estimates, items, expenses, time entries, notes, logos, and communication history.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure your workspace, create and deliver documents, process subscriptions, maintain account access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve All Pro Invoice.

3. Payment information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe or another provider identified at checkout. All Pro Invoice does not directly store your complete card number or bank-account credentials. We may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, plan, amount, and billing identifiers.

4. AI-assisted features

When you use AI Help or smart invoice tools, the text you submit may be sent to the service provider used to generate a response. Do not enter passwords, full payment credentials, government identification numbers, or unnecessary sensitive personal information into AI features.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, security, analytics, and AI features. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

6. Cookies and local storage

All Pro Invoice may use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember language and interface preferences, protect sessions, and support essential site functions. Disabling essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

7. Data retention

We keep account and business records while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by record type and applicable requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and rights

You may review and update business information within your workspace, export available account data, and request assistance with access, correction, or deletion. Certain records may be retained when required for legal, security, or accounting purposes. Privacy rights may vary based on your location.

10. Children’s privacy

All Pro Invoice is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated through the service or another reasonable method, and the effective date will be revised.
