Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They form an agreement between you and All Pro Invoice regarding your access to and use of the service.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using All Pro Invoice, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The service
All Pro Invoice provides tools for creating and managing invoices, estimates, client records, items and services, expenses, time entries, reports, payment status, and related business records. Features may change as the service is improved.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
4. Subscriptions and client limits
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. The Starter plan supports up to 10 active client records, the Professional plan supports up to 50 active client records, and the Unlimited plan has no stated client-record limit. Each plan permits unlimited invoices for clients allowed under that plan. If you reach a plan limit, you may need to upgrade before adding another active client.
5. Charges and payment
Prices are shown before checkout. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge displayed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, until cancellation. Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider; All Pro Invoice does not directly store full payment-card or bank-account credentials.
6. Your records and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the information you enter and the documents you create. You must review invoices, tax settings, totals, payment terms, customer details, and legal disclosures before sending or relying on them. All Pro Invoice is a business workflow tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for fraud, unlawful billing, harassment, infringement, malware, unauthorized access, interference with the service, or activity that violates another person’s rights. You may not reverse engineer, resell, scrape, or overload the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
8. AI-assisted features
AI Help and smart invoice tools may produce incomplete or incorrect results. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before using, saving, or sending them. Do not submit passwords, full payment credentials, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information to AI Help.
9. Third-party services
The service may connect to third parties such as Stripe, email delivery providers, sign-in providers, and AI services. Their products are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent service, outage, or decision.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep All Pro Invoice reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, or legal requirements may temporarily limit features. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or other reasonable means.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address nonpayment, investigate misuse, or comply with law. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation and refund details are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Pro Invoice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
